7 things I did, now that I feel better.

1. Cleaned the toilet.
2. Washed the dishes.
3. Walked about upright for more than a few moments.
4. Breathed fresh air outside.
5. Ate Mexican food.
6. Caught up on a week's missed work.
7. Recalled that I have a daily list to write.
